One of my favorite things to write and talk about is music. Here are a few songs and albums that I have been listening to the most lately.
I’ve decided to create a What I’m listening to playlist on Spotify. I’ll include these and some other ones that I didn’t get to write about.
Cold Heart- PNAU Remix
Elton John, Dua Lipa, PNAU
To say I love Dua Lipa would an understatement, am equally as big of an Elton John fan. When I discovered this song I had it on repeat for a whole day. I couldn’t imagine the two of them coming together to make a song but the mixture of John’s old soul and Lipa’s pop vocal make for a catchy song.
I wouldn’t call myself a Kacey Musgraves fan, but she is one country singer that has grown on me in recent years. This song has really stuck with me, I’ve dealt with some pretty awful guys before and I feel like this song is Kacey’s way of tell us women that we need to let the bad guys go and be our own women.
I first heard this song on a Tik Tok video and the second I saw it I fell in love with it fast forward to now it is still on repeat. It’s very rock n’ roll and upbeat. Lately I use it as my hype song to keep me going when I’m getting ready for work in then morning. It’s defiantly a good song to listen to if you need a little pump up.
Meet Me At Our Spot
This is another song that I discovered while watching a Tik Tok video. I heard it once and liked it and then after hearing it over and over agin I decided to add it to my playlist, now it’s my favorite song at the moment.
gg bb xx
LANY is one of those bands that I kind of discovered by accident one night. This the bands fourth studio album and one of my personal favorites. This whole album gives off relaxed, chill summer vibes.
One thing I’ve always loved about LANY is that they have this techno vibe that no one else has. This album is one of their best and definitely worth a listen or too.
My personal favorite from the album is: care less
Lil Nas X
I feel like Lil Nas X is one of those artists that I feel that no matter how much you try to get his music out of your head it’s always there. This album is a perfect mix of hip hop and pop without being overrated.
My personal favorite from the album is: THATS WHAT I WANT
